E-mail correspondence with members of this site is restricted to the purposes of arrangements for rentals, sales or home exchanges. Any attempt to collect e-mail addresses from members for purposes other than arranging a Holiday Homes Club Pty Ltd rental, sale or home exchange is a violation of this policy, and may be subject to prosecution.
By visiting the Holiday Homes Club website, you agree that the laws of Queensland, Australia will govern the Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Holiday Homes Club Pty Ltd.

This includes, but is not limited to any claims for injury or damage to a person or property whether arising from a transaction to which you are party; anyone violating the Terms and Conditions of Use or anyone else using your account. You will pay and be responsible for any and all costs, demands, proceedings, liabilities, loss, actions, damages and expenses, including, but not limited to, legal fees and costs awarded against or otherwise incurred by or in connection with or arising from any claim, suit, action or related proceedings.
Holiday Homes Club Pty Ltd recommends travellers using this site for accommodation or home exchanges take the necessary travel insurance, including trip cancellation insurance. Holiday Homes Club Pty Ltd is not responsible for the refund of any fees related to specific exchanges, sales or rentals for any reason.
YOUR PERSONAL MEMBER ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your username and password. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your password and account, you agree to notify us through the

The description of property listings is required to be accurate. Key information on a property such as its location, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, property type is required. Omissions of relevant descriptions can be construed as an inaccurate description.
Each listing is for one property only; with the proviso that a block of units/villas from the same complex will be accepted as a single listing.
In line with our privacy policy, members are requested not to publish their personal details on the template of their property listings. Members may elect to or not to publish their telephone numbers and fax numbers on their listings. Listings may not contain vulgar language or comments of any offensive nature. Holiday Homes Club Pty Ltd will be the final judge as to the appropriateness of the content.
Members will not be allowed to transmit any files that contain viruses, worms, Trojan horse, corrupt files, malicious code or any other similar software or programs that may harm the operation of another’s computer; gain otherwise unauthorised access to another’s computer or cause damage to this site in any way.
Data mining, and collecting and storing personal information about members of this
site is prohibited. E-mail correspondence with members of this site is restricted
to the purposes of rentals, sales or home exchanges.
Any material you post to the site (outside of your personal details), and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Holiday Homes Club Pty Ltd a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display such content throughout the world in any media.
Holiday Homes Club Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel listings for any reason at their sole discretion. Should the membership be terminated early at the sole discretion of Holiday Homes Club Pty Ltd, the member will not be entitled to a pro rata refund.
Holiday Homes Club Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove and edit content, but does not warrant it will regularly review posted content and accordingly is not obliged to remove or edit content.
Members take sole responsibility for any agreements they reach through use of this site. Members will not use this website to violate any applicable law. Members are required to adhere to all the local laws and regulations in which the holiday home resides.
Members may terminate their membership, by removing their listing from the site and contacting us through the
Contact Us
section of the website. Unless membership is renewed, membership automatically will expire after a year of becoming a member of the Holiday Homes Club website. Should a member terminate their membership or a listing prior to the year ending, they will neither be reimbursed partially or in full.
Holiday Homes Club Home Exchanges
Holiday Homes Club Pty Ltd does not verify the existence or content of any property and does not guarantee an exchange of any kind. Members of Holiday Homes Club Home Exchanges take sole responsibility for any agreements reached through use of this site.
The site for Holiday Homes Club Home Exchanges is site is for members only. Non-members will only be able to view introductory details on a property (e.g. title, location, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, availability). Only members will be able to view the full details of a particular listing, and be able to access the “e-mail member” button.
It is strongly recommended that members participating in Holiday Homes Club Home Exchanges use the
Home Exchange Contract Form
between exchanging members.
Members of Holiday Homes Club Home Exchanges are requested to abide by the
Code of Conduct.
VISITORS
Visitors may post reviews, comments, photos and other communications to the site via the
Contact Us
section of the website; unless the content is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights or injurious to third parties. The communications may not contain software with viruses, political campaigning, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam”. You may not use a false e-mail address or be misleading as to your identity.
Vacationers may be given opportunity via the “Member”, to post reviews against a particular property designated by the member. The Member is under no obligation to offer the
Home Evaluation Form
facility to people using their property.
When you send e-mails to Holiday Homes Club Pty Ltd, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the sites. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal agreement that such communications are in writing.
CREATING LINKS TO THIS SITE
You are granted a limited, revocable and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of Holiday Homes Club website so long as the link does not portray Holiday Homes Club Pty Ltd, its website or its products and services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner. DISPUTES
Holiday Homes Club Pty Ltd will not act as a mediator or arbitrator in any dispute arising from the use of the Holiday Homes Club website. Any disputes arising from the use of this site, must be settled between the parties who directly participated in the rental, sales or home exchange transaction.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If a dispute arises between Holiday Homes Club Pty Ltd and one of its members, visitors or any other party, any legal action is to be brought exclusively in the courts of Queensland, Australia. If legal action is required to enforce any provision of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to its reasonable legal fees.
