This is a great place for two families or groups to gather. Four bedrooms (2 upstairs, 2 downstairs), two TV's in two different living areas - one ideal for the kids while in the other the grown ups can watch Sky TV upstairs. A highchair and a cot is available. Even the couch can foldout into a single bed as well. There are electric blankets on the Queen beds and single beds only.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bedmaking and diswashing). The cost of this cleaning service would be $70.00
